Zoho Deluge scripting

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and automations across Zoho CRM, Recruit, Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize business performance and KPIs.
• Implement process automation using

  Zoho Deluge scripting

  , APIs, and custom functions.
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms and internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Optimize existing modules and ensure smooth system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for custom solutions, scripts, and workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to Zoho systems or integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in Zoho development or related automation platforms.Strong proficiency in JavaScript andSQL (mandatory).Basicto intermediate knowledge of Python (preferred).Experience or familiarity with ZohoDeluge scripting or confidence to learn it quickly.Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.Ability to design and optimize workflows and data structures within Zoho.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in Zoho CRM customization and automation projects.Experience withZoho Analytics,Zoho Recruit, or other Zoho applications.Familiarity with data migration and data visualization tools.Zoho Certification (CRM Developer or equivalent) is a plus.
