As a skilled Zoho Developer, your role will involve designing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to streamline business operations and enhance workflow efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing, customizing, and maintaining various Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, etc. - Automating business processes using Deluge scripting and Zoho workflows. - Building custom modules and scripts to improve CRM and other Zoho apps. - Integrating Zoho applications with third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and custom functions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Managing user access, security roles, and permissions within the Zoho environment. - Ensuring data quality and conducting regular system audits. - Providing user support, training, and documentation for Zoho applications. - Monitoring performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving bugs effectively. The qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Comfort with programming languages and relational databases. - Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar capacity. - Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications. - Proficiency in Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment). - Experience with API integrations and custom app development. - Good understanding of business processes such as sales, marketing, customer support, and finance. - Familiarity with databases (SQL), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MSP & PMP is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
