Zoho Developer

As a skilled Zoho Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to streamline business operations and enhance workflow efficiency. Your responsibilities will include configuring Zoho products, developing custom applications using Zoho Creator, and integrating Zoho with other third-party tools. You will be tasked with developing, customizing, and maintaining various Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, and Desk. Additionally, you will automate business processes using Deluge scripting and Zoho workflows, build custom modules and scripts to improve CRM and other Zoho apps, and integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will also be responsible for managing user access, security roles, and permissions within Zoho, ensuring data quality, conducting regular system audits, providing user support, training, and documentation for Zoho apps, as well as monitoring performance and troubleshooting technical issues or bugs. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with programming languages and relational databases, possess proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role, and have a strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications. Proficiency in Deluge, experience with API integrations and custom app development, understanding of business processes like sales, marketing, customer support, and finance, familiarity with databases (SQL), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and knowledge of MSP & PMP would be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and documentation abilities are also crucial for success in this position.,
