Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Developer located in Kochi. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Zoho applications, automating business processes, and managing customer relationship management systems. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and implementing Zoho solutions that meet client specifications. Additionally, the developer will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and customizing Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho Suite products
• Experience in coding and debugging using Zoho's scripting language, Deluge, and other programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, or Python
• Expertise in business process automation and workflow management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with other CRM systems and software development methodologies is a plus
