We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting Zoho’s suite of products and solutions. This role requires 50% travel for client meetings. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, inbound leads, etc.). Understand client requirements and propose tailored Zoho solutions to address their business challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with Zoho products, market trends, and competitors to provide the best possible solutions to clients. Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities to promote OHO Solutions and Zoho offerings. Generate references, upsell, and cross-sell Zoho solutions to existing clients. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in IT/SaaS solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude. Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and cloud-based business applications is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with Zoho products is an added advantage. Show more Show less
