About RRP Diamond:

RRP Diamond is a leading manufacturer and exporter of fine diamond and gold jewelry based in Surat, India. We serve clients across India, the U.S., and Europe through advanced e-commerce platforms and B2B operations.

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to streamline our business processes through custom CRM workflows, automation, and data integration across departments like sales, inventory, production, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation tailored to jewelry manufacturing and export operations.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms like Shopify, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and internal ERP systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for management insights.
• Automate lead tracking, quotation, invoicing, and follow-up workflows.
• Develop Deluge scripts, API connections, and Zoho Creator apps as per business needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues, test new modules, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with the sales, production, and finance teams to improve efficiency through technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Zoho Developer / Zoho CRM Consultant.
• Proficiency in Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Flow, and Deluge scripting.
• Experience with API integration (Shopify, IndiaMART, Tally, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM logic and automation for sales and production workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience in jewelry, diamond, or manufacturing businesses.
• Knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management tools.
