We are expanding our Customer Support team to ensure smooth communication and after-sales assistance for our global buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone (night shift).
• Provide product details, order updates, and shipping information professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments — production, sales, and dispatch — to resolve client queries.
• Maintain records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Deliver courteous, solution-oriented support in every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM, Excel).
• Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or jewelry industry preferred.
• Comfortable with night shifts (U.S. time zone).
• Strong sense of responsibility and patience in handling client queries.
