Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team

Role & responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong situational understanding to interpret customer concerns quickly and provide strategic, well-aligned solutions that support customer retention.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, ownership, and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or high-impact issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, trends, and insights.
  • Create and standardize SOPs across organizational verticals using documented insights.
  • Proactively identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance products, services, customer experience, and long-term retention.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in customer support or customer success roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective follow-up management
  • High level of empathy with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
