Job Description

Must having atleast 5Year of Customer support in share Broking Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients for all service-related queries.
  • Address and resolve client queries and grievances, ensuring proper closure.
  • Coordinate internally with trading, accounts, KYC, research, and other departments for query resolution.
  • Provide clients with FL ledgers, holdings statements, contact notes, and other required reports.
  • Manage online and offline account opening processes, KYC, Account Activation, non Activation
  • Share new product updates and service information with clients.
  • Fix and coordinate client meetings with internal teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client handling and problem-solving ability
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic software tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
