The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. As a Works Manager, you will oversee workshop operations and ensure exceptional service and quality. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in workshop management in the automotive industry.
• Proven expertise in team leadership to motivate and guide the team effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards (Mandatory skill).
• Solid workshop operations management experience to optimize service efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in inventory management to ensure the availability of required parts and tools.
