Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Works Manager to join our team in Thrissur. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in the automotive field. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the management of workshop operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and leading a team to achieve business goals. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the automotive industry, focusing on workshop management and operations.
  • The candidate must possess strong automotive diagnostics skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate problem identification and solution implementation.
  • Proven ability in team leadership (Mandatory skill) to motivate, guide, and oversee workshop staff effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques to guide technicians and provide insights during complex repair tasks.
  • Experience as a service advisor, enhancing communication between customers and technical teams to ensure clarity in service offerings and solutions.
  • Proficiency in workshop management to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resource optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and management for consistent business growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and precise service delivery.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure the accurate communication of repair requirements and timelines to customers.
  • Implement best practices in workshop management to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and overall operational success.
  • Analyze diagnostic reports to identify issues and institute effective solutions promptly.
