Job Summary

Quality and Production background along with Hose Assembly

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.
  
• Plan, direct, and run optimum daily production operations to exceed customer expectations.
  
• Increase production output, asset capacity, and operational flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
  
• Ensure on-time delivery, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for seamless execution of production targets.
  

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain and enforce quality assurance systems across all production stages.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and certifications including API Q1, API 7K, API 16D, API 16C, and API 5A.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product reliability and quality.
  

Strategic & Lean Initiatives

• Implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term growth plans.
  
• Apply lean manufacturing and best industrial practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
  
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvement projects for enhanced productivity.
  

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine shop operations and precision component machining.
  

• Knowledge of tube bending, hose assembly, welding processes, and hydraulic hose & fitting manufacturing.

• Exposure to Victaulic coupling and grooved-type technology.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in the oil & gas equipment sector.
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Oversee MIS reporting, production documentation, and process monitoring systems.
  
• Track production KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
  
• 10–20+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, ideally within hydraulic hoses, machining, or oil & gas component manufacturing.
