Job Description Oversee day-to-day transport operations including routing, scheduling, shift-wise cab allocations, and timely employee pickups/drop-offs. Manage cab vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, performance metrics, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality service. Lead and mentor the transport team (executives, dispatch, and ground support), ensuring high performance, accountability, and morale. Prepare and manage transport budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality. Ensure adherence to local transport laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Prepare periodic reports for internal reviews and audits. Conduct regular checks and audits of cabs for hygiene, roadworthiness, GPS functionality, emergency support, and driver background verification. Serve as the point of contact for employee transport-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing satisfaction. Manage emergency response protocols, including accident management and alternate transport arrangements Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Diploma in Logistics/Operations preferred) Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate transport/cab operations Prior experience managing large-scale transport setups (300+ employees/day) Working knowledge of transport compliance laws, safety protocols, and budgeting Additional Information At Ivy, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
