Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workfront Developer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Workfront Developer will manage and develop Workfront configurations, build custom solutions, and provide technical support. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project templates, dashboards, custom forms, reports, and integrations. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow automation and ensure the system meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development & Customization

• Design and develop custom solutions, integrations, and workflows within Adobe Workfront.
• Configure custom forms, templates, dashboards, and reports to meet user requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workfront custom API integrations with third-party systems.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using the Workfront platform.

• System Administration & Optimization

• Maintain and manage the Workfront platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform regular system audits, troubleshooting, and updates to maintain data integrity and functionality.
• Monitor platform usage and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.

• Training & Support

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user proficiency in Workfront.

• Collaboration & Project Management

• Partner with IT, business teams, and other stakeholders to align Workfront functionalities with organizational goals.
• Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Workfront-related initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workfront configuration and customization, including creating project templates, dashboards, custom forms, and reports
• Experience in web development, API integrations, and technical support related to Workfront
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation and developing solutions to enhance business processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience with Workfront or other project management tools is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
