JOB POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Time, Leave and Absence (TLA) Module and Payroll Module to join the CGS HRIS team. This role will serve as a key liaison between HR, HRIS, Technical and business teams to ensure Workday is optimized to support business needs.This role is ideal for a proactive Workday module consultant who understands both the functional needs of HR teams and the technical capabilities of the Workday platform. The role will drive the cross-functional collaboration to enhance existing capabilities, resolve issues and provide guidance to stakeholders to maintain integrity of the platform design.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The HR Technology Analyst Sr position is in the HR Functional area and is responsible for serving as the liaison between business and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions.Should possess a proficient level in both technical and business acumen. Has the ability to consider the business implications of application configurations and technology enhancements to current and future business environments.
Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Gather and influence specific HRIS business application requirements to address complex and varied business process needs.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.
- Develops HRIS project tasks as inputs into business project plans, identifies SMEs, and coordinates resources; engaging with those across the enterprise.
- Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Consults with business partners concerning HRIS applications and implementation or integrations of technology.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Workday Certified will be an added advantage
Experience
- Min 3-4 years of functional Workday experience is required with expertise in TLA and Payroll Modules
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project
Skills And Competencies
- Workday TLA and Payroll module
- Experience on at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project
- Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects, HR data migration and/or integrations projects
- Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
- Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as to external Client
- Knowledge of HRIS, Program Management tools and MS Office
