Workday Specialist

About Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Workday Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the Workday platform to meet our organization’s HR, Finance, and operational needs. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective use of Workday solutions.

• Experience: 10 to 12 years

What You'll Do:

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Workday.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll)
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Workday integrations with other systems.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Workday Finance, Workday Integrations, Custom Reports, EIB
• Good to Have: Workday HCM, Workday Prism Analytics, ERP Migration Skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and Database. Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change.
• Experience with Workday Prism analytics.
