Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting associates across the enterprise in North America and Non-North America by addressing user queries via Support Mailboxes and Case Management Tools. This involves identifying requirements, resolving issues, providing user guidance on system functionality, and escalating complex issues in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will also involve supporting Center of Excellence (COE) project work and implementing configuration changes/enhancements in Workday Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence modules. As the Workday security administrator, you will be responsible for managing user access by adding, changing, deleting, and reviewing user permissions. This includes troubleshooting access and population issues, making corrections, and updating security profiles following the SOX issue process. Additionally, you will handle user testing of outstanding SOX issues and new time and attendance plans for the HRMS system. You will be accountable for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and Managers will be essential to streamline HR processes effectively. Being the liaison between internal and external auditors for SOX compliance matters will be part of your responsibilities. You will set up monthly processes within the Workday process scheduler, monitor nightly completion, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during processes. Your duties will also include performing any other related tasks as assigned.
