Job Description

=

Manage end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM projects including planning, scope, resources, timelines, and budgets
Lead and facilitate configuration workshops with clients across HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting)
Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the implementation lifecycle
Coordinate tasks and deliverables across cross-functional Workday teams
Ensure successful data conversion, testing, and deployment activities
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
Coach and guide junior team members; support performance reviews and mentoring
Ensure quality assurance and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years of Workday HCM implementation
experience with at least
2 full lifecycle deployments
Strong background in project management with demonstrated leadership in HR transformation initiatives
Workday certification in at least two HCM modules
Experience leading and managing teams across onshore/offshore model
Experience conducting configuration workshops and working closely with clients
Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices
Workday Launch certification
is a plus
PMP or similar project management certification is desirable
