Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in IT AI to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, such as Agile and Scrum.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the use of AI and machine learning to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with LLMs and related frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience working with QA, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Business Teams is desirable.
