Workday Project Manager

As an IT services and solutions company, TESTQ Technologies is dedicated to providing technical expertise across various industry sectors to help clients enhance their businesses and reduce operational costs. We are currently looking to build a pipeline of talented individuals for a futuristic role in the solution design and development arena as a Workday Project Manager. While we are not actively hiring for this position at the moment, we are preparing for future opportunities where you can play a significant role in the technical design and development of our technical offerings. In this role, your main responsibilities will include leading Workday Business Process Configuration efforts, overseeing Workday EIB integrations, ensuring Workday Compliance throughout the project lifecycle, establishing and maintaining Workday Data Governance practices, implementing and monitoring Workday SLAs, developing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, managing project budgets and resources, driving testing strategies, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing project updates to stakeholders, and leading training efforts post-implementation. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of Workday Business Process Configuration, expertise in managing Workday EIB integrations, in-depth knowledge of Workday Compliance standards, experience in implementing Workday Data Governance practices, strong project management skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, solid understanding of Workday functional areas, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Additionally, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
