Seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and development of Talent Acquisition Innovative Services SKUs, like Paradox/Phenom/Hired Score & Candidate Engagement and Performance and Recruitment Implementation with Workday.
Lead the implementation process, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing to ensure that Workday is tailored to the organizations needs.
Provide training to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system by overseeing data migrations, updates, and audits.
Manage integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the Workday system.
