Key Responsibilities:
✓ Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solution
✓ Configure and implement Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
✓ Perform functional testing, create test scenarios, and support UAT
✓ Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues
✓ Support Workday system updates and releases
✓ Prepare functional design documentation and training materials
✓ Ensure data integrity and security compliance within the Workday system
✓ Provide end-user training and support as needed
✓ Assist in Workday report creation using Report Writer and calculated fields
