Workday Functional Consultant

As a Workday HCM Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include: - Configuring and maintaining various Workday Core HCM modules, such as Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security. - Collaborating with the Clients Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. - Applying consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized solution expertise to seamlessly integrate functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the achievement of expected business outcomes. - Optimizing and upholding the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Providing end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and generating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities. - Troubleshooting system issues, investigating errors, and delivering timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. - Collaborating with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. - Staying informed about Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, assessing their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: - Good to have certification as a Workday HCM professional with substantial hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules. - Good to have certification in any other advanced Workday modules. - Demonstrating competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for Workday Core HCM modules in at least one project. - Possessing over 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses (preferred). - Familiarity with core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America. - Identifying chances to enhance the configuration of current security features and lead continuous efforts to improve efficiency and refine core configurations. - Setting up system security settings, coordinating and executing unit testing, and providing guidance to teams conducting integration and acceptance testing.,
