In terms of required technical and professional expertise, it would be beneficial to have certification as a Workday HCM professional with substantial hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules. Additionally, certification in any other advanced Workday modules would be advantageous. You should demonstrate competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for Workday Core HCM modules in at least one project. Having over 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred. Familiarity with core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America would be beneficial. You should also be able to identify opportunities to enhance the configuration of current security features and lead continuous efforts to improve efficiency and refine core configurations.
