As a Workday Core HCM Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining various Workday Core HCM modules such as Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security. It will be crucial to optimize and uphold the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing end-user training and support, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. Staying informed about Workday releases, new features, and industry trends will also be a key aspect of your role to assess their impact and propose relevant system enhancements. In terms of required technical and professional expertise, it would be beneficial to have certification as a Workday HCM professional with substantial hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules. Additionally, certification in any other advanced Workday modules would be advantageous. You should demonstrate competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for Workday Core HCM modules in at least one project. Having over 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred. Familiarity with core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America would be beneficial. You should also be able to identify opportunities to enhance the configuration of current security features and lead continuous efforts to improve efficiency and refine core configurations. Setting up system security settings, coordinating and executing unit testing, and providing guidance to teams conducting integration and acceptance testing are essential aspects of the role.,
