Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Extend, Workday Core Connector and Workday Integrations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts without the need for travel. Responsibilities

Design and implement Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connector to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday best practices and integration strategies.
Oversee the testing and deployment of Workday solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Document technical processes and integration workflows to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Workday solutions on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all Workday integration activities.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to optimize Workday integration solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct workshops to empower end-users.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Workday Core Connector and its application in integration projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in developing Workday integrations to support business processes.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in integration solutions.
Be adaptable to changing project requirements and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
