Compensation and Adv. Comp

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure base and advanced compensation plans including matrix-based and variable pay.
  2. Define eligibility, budget controls, and workflow approvals for compensation changes.
  3. Integrate compensation management with talent and finance modules.
  4. Support executive compensation and incentive plan configurations.
  5. Develop compensation forecasts and budgeting reports.
  6. Partner with Finance & HR for compliance and audit readiness.
  7. Troubleshoot complex compensation scenarios and system issues.
  8. Conduct training sessions on advanced compensation administration capabilities.
  9. Analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  10. Continuously improve compensation processes using Workday updates.
