Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable bots, integrating systems, and ensuring adherence to automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Build, test, and deploy bots ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Integrate RPA workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
Ensure compliance with automation governance, coding standards, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation workflows.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and deployments.
Support post-deployment activities and provide ongoing maintenance for bots.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
4--6 years of experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (mandatory).
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process design, and optimization.
Proficiency in Automation Anywhere Control Room, bot development, and deployment.
Experience with scripting/programming languages (Python, VBScript, JavaScript).
Knowledge of API integrations, SQL, and handling structured/unstructured data.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
