Integration Consultant-Dell Boomi/UKG

We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG WFM Pro functionalities/configurations and Dell Boomi integration platform. The consultant will design and implement enterprise-wide integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. The role involves architecture design, development, deployment, and support for integrations across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and implement solutions using UKG WFM Pro functionalities and configurations.
• Define and deliver integration solutions utilizing Dell Boomi, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and other technologies.
• Design enterprise-wide solution architecture meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review existing solutions and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
• Lead development efforts and collaborate with business, vendors, and developers to architect, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations.
• Participate in POC development, demos, and post-deployment support.
• Mentor developers and manage end-to-end platform integrations between products and vendor platforms.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to solution design and delivery.
• Support existing Boomi and Azure Data Factory platforms, including monitoring, deployments, logging, and reporting.
• Implement automated remedial measures and handle multiple concurrent priorities effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• 10+ years of IT experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and developing integrations using Dell Boomi and/or Azure Data Factory.
• Extensive knowledge of UKG WFM Pro functionalities and configurations.
• Expertise in Boomi AtomSphere environment setup, process design, error handling, mapping, development, deployment, and support (cloud & on-premise).
• Strong experience managing teams and delivery across business, vendor, onsite, and offshore teams.
• Proficient in data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), APIs, and protocols (REST, SOAP, S/FTP/S, HTTP/S, ADLS).
• Excellent understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and performance optimization.
