Job Description

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery cycle including Projects, RAS, Timesheets, and Billing Requests.
Drive business workshops with strong program management skills.
Collaborate effectively with leadership teams and functional heads to identify risks and raise red flags proactively.
Keep stakeholders informed through weekly status reports and timely communication.
Organize and lead Steering Committee meetings, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure timely reporting and analysis to meet end-user expectations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and methods.

Required Competencies:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment.
Result-oriented with a focus on deadlines and quality deliverables.
Proficiency in MS Project and other MS Office tools.
