Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his defined geography and accounts. Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans. Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions. Prepare reporting as needed.

Fabricate, shape, and construct timber, plywood, or metal formwork. Install and secure formwork in the appropriate positions. Utilize spirit levels, plumb bobs, and measuring tapes to guarantee precision. Ensure the formwork is robust enough to support wet concrete. Collaborate with steel fixers and masons during concrete pouring. Safely remove shuttering without causing damage to the concrete. Adhere to site safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and boots. Ensure that structures comply with quality and safety standards.
