Manufacturing Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Amitoje India, a leading manufacturer of display stands and fixtures located in Okhla phase 2, New Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity. With at least 8 to 10 years of experience in production management, you will play a crucial role in managing machine resources, evaluating workforce performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include managing and evaluating machine resources to ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime. You will oversee a workforce of 1,000+ employees in the manufacturing department, striving to reduce expenses and enhance productivity across all product lines. It will be your duty to ensure that all employees adhere to industry standard health and safety guidelines while setting ambitious production goals and effectively communicating them to key personnel. In addition, you will provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees, addressing any problems or obstacles that may arise by communicating them to senior management. Your role will involve establishing workflow policies that improve speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity. You will be responsible for creating employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels and drive operational excellence. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. A Bachelor's degree is required along with excellent project management skills. A proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety measures is essential, demonstrating your ability to coach and mentor employees both individually and in groups.
