Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer specializing in Interior Works, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing interior projects with a keen focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Your role will involve managing the on-site execution of various interior finishes such as tiles, POP, false ceilings, and other related works. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting interior design drawings and specifications, supervising and monitoring the execution of interior works at the site to ensure compliance with design and quality standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors for seamless workflow, conducting quality checks and inspections at different project stages, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and protocols across all activities. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and checklists, effectively plan and manage resources to meet project deadlines and milestones, identify defects, suggest corrective measures, and ensure impeccable finishing standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of interior drawings and construction details, be familiar with materials commonly used in interior works such as tiles, gypsum board, POP, and wood, and have knowledge of various installation techniques and finishing works. Your expertise in quality control, project management, and safety management will be crucial, as you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, planning and monitoring interior work schedules, effectively managing resources, and enforcing construction safety norms and hazard control. Specifically, your skills in tiles, false ceiling, and POP works will be essential, including laying patterns, grouting techniques, grid installation, suspension systems, surface preparation, application methods, and finishing skills.
