Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Companys Management team (Member of Management Team). Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters. Authorized to stop/prevent product deliveries to customer in case of any internal or external concern. Responsible to handle customer complaints and key contact person for the customer. Responsible for corrective and preventive action for customer complaints and internal complaints (8D). Responsible for QMS/EMS activity (Internal & External Audits). End to end execution of projects including Process design, Activity Time Plan Chart & monitoring timely execution of projects.Manage financial tracking from RFQ to start of Production & defined appropriate actions to achieve desired financial growth. Required Candidate profile BE/B.Tech (Mech/Electrical) - with 8-12 years of Experience.Should have good knowledge of machine tool, jig, fixture & gauge manufacturing Exposure to machine design & pneumatics - an added advantage
