Role & responsibilities Should have the experience in Aerospace, Dfense or Automotive Wiring Harness Design & Development * NPD from RFQ stage to Production including Feasibility Study, BOM & Engineering doc. preparation * Experience/exposure in Capital Harness XC software for Design drawing * Configuration Management * ECN Management/Proto management/Alternate & design solution * Project implementation via ERP software's like SAP, Oracle etc. * Customer & supplier handling for engineering point of view * Should have good communication & presentation skill, MS-OFFICE etc. * Morning Meetings /Review & Team Handling via proper work distributio Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Experience 12to 18 Years Functional know-How * Knowledge of Design & Development Procedure *Knowledge & exposure of APQP, PFMEA, Process Time calculation, VA/VE etc. *Aerospace, Defense & Automotive WH components know how in detail *Knowledge of Various Mil-Spec/standards for product, components & process
