Production Manager Wiring Harness Division

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations of wiring harness assembly lines.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
• Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of wiring harness components, assembly techniques, and tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 standards.

Quality Manager Wiring Harness Division

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for wiring harness production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer complaints.
• Lead audits (internal, supplier, and customer) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain documentation for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
• Use statistical tools (SPC, MSA) to monitor and improve process capability.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of automotive wiring harness standards and testing protocols.
• Proficiency in quality tools like 8D, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
