Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer complaints. Lead audits (internal, supplier, and customer) and ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain documentation for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
