Senior Electrical Engineer Lithium Battery

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into practical solutions.

2. Lead electrical design, development, and validation of lithium battery packs.

3. Develop and test product prototypes using electrical simulations.

4. Define and document technical specifications for prototype design, testing, and approval.

5. Manage component-level and full-vehicle approval processes with state and central testing centers.

6. Ensure all electrical aspects of vehicle programs meet safety, quality, and usability requirements.

7. Conduct log analysis of battery data and translate observations into actionable development insights.

8. Lead lifecycle and ageing tests, SOC/SOH algorithm development, and EMI/EMC-compliant hardware design.

Type Approval Certificates

10. Specify and peer-review requirements for chargers associated with lithium battery packs.

11. Maintain complete documentation for process repeatability and training.

12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all stages of development.

2. Ensure timely execution of projects with 100% adherence to deadlines.
