Job Role:

Responsible for panel wiring activities based on the wiring drawings provided.
Responsible for preparing and testing wiring harnesses as per the ICD/Drawings provided.
Responsible for preparing general assembly of components as per the drawings.
Coordinate with suppliers for follow-up on machining works.
Ensure completion of assigned works with expected quality and within timelines.
Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams for effective execution.

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of reading and understanding electrical & mechanical drawings, and executing as per drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot circuits based on team instructions.
Willingness to travel, work on long-duration stays, and at short notice.
Hands-on skills in wiring, soldering, crimping, braiding, and component assembly.
Ability to operate power tools for drilling and cutting, with safety knowledge.
Understanding of aerospace wiring standards:
IPC-WHMA / J-STD-004 / ISRO PAX

Desired Skills:

Basic design tool knowledge(AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
