Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations,accounts) to deliver excellent service. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews. Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs. Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales support. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional support to our existing customer base. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from architects, consultants and project managers to engineers and contractors. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and prospect new customers through calls, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the lighting industry. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, product development, project fulfilment, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement. Assist with execution and completion of projects end-to-end from initial discussions to after-sales service Qualifications and Skills: Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry or related field. Strong understanding of lighting technologies, products, and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
