Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations,accounts) to deliver excellent service.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews.
Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.
Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
