Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations,accounts) to deliver excellent service.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews.
• Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
