Wiring Technician

As a Wiring Technician in the Automobile Industry located in Kukas Jaipur (Raj.), your primary role will involve designing and developing electrical wiring layouts and harness systems for buses and other automobiles. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and executing bus modification projects, which includes the electrical integration of new systems such as AC units, lighting, infotainment, CCTV, etc. - Preparing and updating electrical schematics, connection diagrams, and circuit layouts. - Conducting testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical components and circuits. - Coordinating with design, fabrication, and body modification teams to ensure proper electrical fitment. - Ensuring all modifications comply with automotive standards and safety norms (AIS, ISO, etc.). - Managing procurement and installation of electrical components like relays, switches, connectors, and control units. - Performing root cause analysis for electrical faults and implementing corrective actions. - Maintaining project documentation, testing reports, and wiring manuals. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma in Electrical with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile or bus manufacturing/modification industry.
