Junior Cost Accountant

Role Overview: As a Junior Cost Accounting at HARTING India (Production) in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for monthly financial report submission, report analysis by division, monitoring TP calculation to H production companies, regular maintenance of all TPs, and cost and tax risk control. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Perform cost review via SAP according to HARTING group policy and accounting rule of PRC. - Support month-end closing and report analysis by division. - Review and compare cost, activity, and key statistics figures. - Update distribution and assessment cycle. - Input data to SAP and HARTING Finance system. - Check monthly Cost Cat. analysis by departments with cost center comparison with LE data in the same period and last year. - Review actual labor and OH price. - Prepare Plannedprice2 after comparison with moving price and upload by ZCO_PL_SIM. - Calculate cost price/ L0140 & L0180 in YTD information, input to SAP by KP26 SIM version. - Prepare Plannedprice1 after comparison with moving price and Plannedprice2, and upload by ZCO_PLPRICE. - Calculate capability price and review by cost center, revise L0180, and input by KP26 in version "CAP" for IE new TP calculation. Qualifications Required: - Education: ICWA (Inter/group) & B.com or M.com or MBA with a good command of English (written and spoken). - Work Experience: At least 3-5 years in a finance position in a manufacturing environment. Experience in dealing with electromechanical products, preferably cable assemblies, wiring harness, and connectors is preferred.
