Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Western Commis to join our team at ITC Fortune Select Global in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking tasks.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Support the production team in meeting production targets and deadlines.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and safely.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in menu planning and inventory management activities.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
