Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary:

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant-level positions.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Handle daily attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, factory act, and labor law documentation.
Coordinate for training, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain related data.
Prepare HR-related MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate with HO HR team for implementation of policies and corporate initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Key Requirements:

Education:
MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW or Graduate with specialization in Human Resources.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing industry.
Skills:

Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll process
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (ERP / HRMS)
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Ability to handle employee relations and multitask effectively
