What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify & implement AI-based automation opportunities across departments (Sales, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Customer Service)

✅ Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier AI, LangChain, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) with ERP, CRM & other systems

✅ Build AI-driven dashboards, chatbots, reporting systems, and predictive models

✅ Optimize business processes through AI & automation

✅ Act as the AI Generalist & in-house expert, staying ahead of AI trends

✅ Train teams on AI tools to improve productivity and adoption

What You Should Bring:

✔ Strong knowledge of AI tools & platforms (ChatGPT, Zapier AI, LangChain, RPA, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)

✔ Experience in automation, APIs, Python, AI model deployments

✔ Ability to analyze workflows and recommend AI-driven solutions

✔ Familiarity with ERP / CRM integrations (added advantage)

✔ A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills

✔ Passion for operational excellence through AI
