Role Summary:We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Website Growth & Traffic Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of our online visibility and inbound traffic. This individual will focus on improving search rankings, managing promotional campaigns across major digital channels, and working with external collaborators to expand our reach. The position is designed for someone who can fully dedicate their time to strategic execution and result-oriented performance. Core Responsibilities:Organic Search & VisibilityOptimize website pages for improved indexing and discoverability. Plan and implement content and keyword strategies for audience targeting. Build and manage quality link placements and monitor domain health. Analyze site metrics and propose improvements for visibility and reach. Paid Promotions & Campaign ManagementDesign and manage paid outreach campaigns using platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Develop engaging promotional creatives and ad text to attract the right audience. Track performance metrics and fine-tune campaigns to maximize ROI. Handle budget planning, split testing, and campaign scaling activities. Partner Collaboration & Referral ManagementIdentify and engage with external partners who can drive new audience segments. Coordinate with traffic referrers, develop value-based collaboration offers. Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and partner communication. Maintain a pipeline of active contributors and outreach relationships. Additional Functions (To Maximize Productivity):Support landing page creation and optimize engagement flows. Maintain retargeting campaigns and email sequence management. Provide weekly updates on campaign performance and web traffic trends. Assist in coordinating with the content and design team for marketing assets. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and compliance protocols. Desired Skills & Experience:2–5 years of experience in digital audience acquisition or marketing roles. Strong understanding of organic reach strategies and web optimization. Hands-on with campaign tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools). Experience in managing external traffic partnerships or collaboration networks. Creative and analytical mindset with strong execution ability. Familiarity with basic HTML and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
