HOSHŌ DIGITAL


Based in our growing India Development Center in Indore we are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our rapid expansion. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support the marketing function. If you are a marketing professional with experience in the technology space and are passionate about the latest in technology, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across website and social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

    Design, build and manage the website. Experience with either

     

    WordPress or React.js

  • Manage and optimize company website content, SEO, and user experience to ensure high visibility and performance.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy aligned with brand identity.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Handle paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and manage budgets effectively.
  • Respond to audience interactions and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in website design and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CMS like WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
