At Ivy, Bright Minds Shine Brighter. Job Description About the Role We are looking for a skilled Web Tracking Analyst to join our Web Tracking Team . In this role, you will support the team in building and automating monitoring dashboards for behavioural data collected via Google Analytics . You will also play a key role in reporting and data investigations , helping to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across our digital properties. This is a hands-on role that requires working with large datasets in Google BigQuery and Snowflake , and closely collaborating with Web Tracking Analysts to enable data-driven decisions and maintain high data quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and automate dashboards to monitor the quality and completeness of behavioural tracking data. Support the Web Tracking Team with regular and ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to stakeholders. Investigate and debug issues in the behavioural data collected through Google BigQuery and Snowflake. Identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies in data and proactively recommend solutions. Work with Web Tracking Specialists to improve tracking coverage and documentation. Translate business questions into data analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights. Maintain documentation of dashboards, data issues, and analysis outcomes. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Data Analyst working with behavioural or digital analytics data. Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using Google BigQuery or Snowflake. Good understanding of digital behavioural data. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams. Qualifications Essential: Experience with SQL at advanced level Experience in working with Snowflake Google Big Query at advanced level Experience with R or Python at a medium to advanced level Demonstrate a practical understanding of the marketing landscape, common web tracking platforms, tools, and techniques. Comfortable cleaning and preparing data from large data sets Experience utilizing viz tools such as Tableau and Power BI Experience with Google Analytics (front end and nested raw tables), Big Query and the wider GCP platform. Thoroughness and attention to detail Business standard use of the English language Experience using Excel at a medium to advanced level Capability to identify and solve problems when dealing with multiple tasks and working to a deadline Target and goal orientated individual with an ability to work under pressure and independently Excellent ability to work well within a team environment Enthusiastic and flexible working attitude Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new tools Additional Information At Ivy, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
