Job Title: Web Developer – US Staffing Experience (Remote) Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a Web Developer with strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of the US staffing industry . This unique hybrid role demands technical expertise in web development along with the creative ability to build visually appealing, high-performance recruitment portals and digital assets that support talent acquisition efforts across the US. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and landing pages tailored for staffing and recruitment campaigns. Optimize websites for SEO and performance with a focus on candidate experience and lead generation. Integrate job boards, ATS systems, and CRM tools to streamline recruitment workflows. Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to design web content, banners, social media visuals, and campaign assets. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Regularly analyse user behaviour, implement UI/UX improvements, and ensure ADA compliance where required. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development and graphic design . Proven experience supporting US staffing or recruitment firms with web and digital needs. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and web frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Knowledge of SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with integrations involving ATS platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or CEIPAL. Nice to Have: Understanding of U.S. labor market, job classifications, and recruitment cycle. Exposure to digital campaign tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.
