As a versatile and creative Senior Designer, you will be the cornerstone of our design department, handling a wide range of responsibilities from document formatting to digital media creation. Your role will require seamless navigation between different design disciplines while upholding high standards across all deliverables. You will be responsible for Publication & Document Design, including formatting and designing reports, presentations, and documents in compliance with international publishing standards. Your tasks will involve creating templates and style guides to maintain brand consistency, managing technical documentation layout, and ensuring all published materials meet accessibility standards. In the realm of Digital Design & Web Development, you will design and maintain company websites to ensure responsive design and optimal user experience. Implementing website updates, designing user interfaces for digital products and internal tools, and developing and maintaining web properties" design systems will also fall under your purview. In Social Media & Marketing, you will create engaging content for various platforms, design cohesive social media campaigns, and produce marketing materials for both digital and print channels. You will also be responsible for crafting email marketing templates and promotional materials. Your role will extend to Video & Multimedia tasks, such as editing and producing video content for advertising and social media, creating motion graphics and animations, developing storyboards and visual concepts for video projects, and handling post-production tasks like color correction and sound editing. As part of Brand Management, you will maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms, ensuring a consistent visual identity. Additionally, you will create and manage digital asset libraries and develop visual strategies for new products or campaigns. To excel in this position, you should possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong knowledge of video editing software, experience with web design tools, working knowledge of HTML/CSS, familiarity with content management systems, and an understanding of UI/UX principles. Your design capabilities should include strong typography and layout skills, expertise in color theory and visual hierarchy, experience in responsive web design, understanding of animation principles, and knowledge of current design trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary design role, a Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across mediums, excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines. Soft skills such as self-motivation, strong initiative, excellent communication and presentation abilities, creative problem-solving approach, ability to receive and incorporate feedback, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements will be highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience with international publishing standards, knowledge of accessibility guidelines, understanding of SEO principles, experience in managing social media accounts, familiarity with digital marketing metrics, and knowledge of print production processes.
